All "Production Rods" are covered under a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 years for the original owner.
For damage caused in manufacturing of the rod or from defects in components, Alpha Angler will, at the company's discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge. Shipping to Alpha Angler is not covered, but return shipping will be.

No Questions Asked - Breakage
Rods that cannot be repaired (blank breakage), will be replaced, one time, for a fee of $100, plus shipping charge. For this service, we don't care how the rod broke, as we know how hard bass fishing can be on equipment, hence "No Questions Asked." This service is available (1) time for the original purchaser on each purchased rod.
Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase if our records don't show original customer purchase. See "Starting a Claim" section below to begin.
Repairable rods (blank intact) can be returned for repair for a fee. Shipping will be covered by the customer. We can repair most rod issues as long as the blank is intact. Rods with crushed butt sections cannot be repaired and fall under the "Blank Breakage" section. Broken guides can be replaced for $45 fee.
Rod tips with missing inserts can easily be replaced by the customer (we build them that way!!) We know that the tip guide is usually abused by tungsten weights and unhooking stuck baits. If you need a replacement tip, please contact customer service (CS@AlphaAngler.com) with your rod model, and shipping address. For $15, we can ship the necessary tip and glue for easy tip-top replacement
All repairs must be approved before sending to Alpha Angler.
Starting a Claim
To start a claim please email CS@AlphaAngler.com. All warranty rods must be returned for review, and a claim form filled out and returned with the damaged rod. Rod warranty applies to original purchaser only, and must be within 3 years of purchase date.
