All "Production Rods" are covered under a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years for the original owner.
For damage caused in manufacturing of the rod or from defects in components, Alpha Angler will, at the companie's discretion repair or replace the product at no charge. Shipping to the Alpha Angler is not covered, but return shipping will be.
For damages occurring due to neglect, accident or normal wear and tear, at the discretion of Alpha Angler, will be repaired or replaced. Rods that can be repaired will be charged a fee, to be determined after examination of the rod.
Rods that cannot be repaired (blank breakage), will be replaced, one time, for a fee of $100, plus shipping charge.
For consideration under warranty or replacement, all rods must be returned in full at customer expense.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 3 calendar days after delivery of the product. If for any reason your new Alpha Angler rod does not meet your expectations please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Alpha Angler will also cover return shipping in this scenario.
For your Alpha Angler rod to be eligible for the Money Back Refund, it must be in new, unused condition, showing no signs of wear.
Rods returned after the 3 calendar days will require an RA and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact customer support for any rod return.
At Alpha, we want you to be totally happy with your rod purchase. If you are unhappy in any way, please contact customer service. firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is no restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged if returned within 3 days. Again you MUST contact us within 3 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 3 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
